COVID-19 Self Screening App

In collaboration with our technology partner, Couch & Associates, we are offering a free version of the back-to-work app to any companies in need of re-opening safely, including a customized portal for employers to remotely review the self-screening data and better apply our back-to-work strategy to their individual workplace.  The signup form for free access can be found here.

The full version of the app features options beneficial for larger organizations, some of which have already been implemented at Women’s College Hospital, including:

  • Customized questions and outcomes

  • Inputs for information such as Employee Number or Office Location

  • Integration into a company’s systems such as an HR database

  • PPE Vending in which the QR Code is scanned onsite to deliver a mask or sanitizer (or anything!)

  • Visitor Screening and Contact Tracing

While each workplace is different, and employees may return at different rates, the goal is the same: keeping everyone safe and healthy.
